How long does the repair process take?
It depends on the extent of the repairs, how long it takes to get the parts, and any mechanical repairs (Alignment, Tires & Wheels, Suspension etc.). When your Repair Plan is prepared we will give you a target date for completion of the repairs.
How can I get a Rental Vehicle?
If you need a rental car, we can set up a rental reservation for you. And you may pick your rental car up at our facility. Insurance companies will pay for a rental if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant.
Is there a cost for an Estimate?
Estimates are complimentary and no appointment is ever needed. Our estimators are highly trained to write the most complete and comprehensive estimate possible. We will provide you a written estimate most the time in 20 minutes or less.
Do I have to pay a Deductible?
The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If you are not at fault (claimant), you most likely will not have to pay a deductible. Either the other parties insurance will or your insurance company may waive your deductible.
Can I pay my deductible with a credit card?
Yes! You can pay your Deductible with Visa/Master Card/Discover, Debit Card, Check or cash.
Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
Yes. Miller Collision Center guarantees most repairs with a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
Are Estimates available after hours and weekends?
Absolutely! We will gladly arrange a time with you for an after hour estimate. Also we will come to your home and business to prepare an estimate when needed.
Can I get a Ride Home when I drop off my car.
Yes. Our Customer Service Representative would be happy to provide this service to you. We also provide a valet pickup and delivery service when you need this.
Will my vehicle be the same after it is repaired?
Repairing today’s vehicles requires training, expertise and extensive knowledge of collision repair. Our I-CAR Gold classification means that our technicians have up to date collision repair training and through understanding of today’s advanced repair techniques. Along with our highly trained staff we use the finest materials and have the most modern equipment. Our computerized laser measuring system ensures that your vehicle will be repaired to factory specifications. Can you match the paint color?
Miller Collision Center is a PPG Certified Refinishing Shop. Our painters are experienced refinishers who ensure a factory color match on every repair. Special attention is given to paint texture, gloss and hue: and our downdraft spray booths provide a quality bake on finish. Your vehicle will be repaired with the finest quality paint and materials to restore the luster and beauty of your vehicles original finish.
